A noble material worked on with great aesthetic care and extensive trend research, presented in a business environment specially prepared to host a qualified public in search of innovation for the 2019 winter fashion collections. This was the panorama of leather's participation at Inspiramais 2019_II which took place in São Paulo with support from the Centre for the Brazilian Tanning Industry (CICB), Assintecal, By Brasil Components and Chemincals, and the Brazilian Leather project, a partnership between the CICB and the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brasil) to encourage leather exports.

The space - destined exclusively for leathers at Inspiramais - brought together 14 tanneries from all around Brazil. Among them was Finileather, which displayed for the first time and achieved a very positive result according to Rafael Luis Petry who helmed the company's booth. "We made good contacts, the public liked the collection, and now we plan to follow through with the demands created at Inspiramais," he said. Alexandre Augusto da Fonseca from the sales department of Curtidora Itaúna stressed the great public turnout on both days of the event, which included qualified and focused personnel and the practicality for manufacturers to find several components for the development of shoe, handbag, clothing and other collections all in one spot. One of the innovations of this edition of Inspiramais was the allocation of exhibitors by product, leaving nearby spaces for suppliers of similar materials - an innovation that Marcelo Grandi da Silva, from Curtume Natur highly approved of. "The system has provided even more objectivity to buyers," he said.
